Welcome to Section 8

By now you’re probably wondering what the hell Section 8 is & how come you've never heard of them? Or you got here by accident and are just checking to see if we have naked pictures on the site. We don't. We keep them for ourselves. Section 8 is a group of freelancers who have worked in comics for several years in one capacity or another and have come together for our love of money.

That's right: money. See, we’ve worked in comics a long time and realized for every Bendis out there there are 30 Chippy Johanssons who are struggling to make a living. (See!  You don't even know who Chippy is!) Now we still love comics but "Love don't pay the rent." So to help in our goal to make money we started Section 8.

So what does Section 8 do? Well, to be honest we'll wash your car if you pay us enough, but it would probably be cheaper to go to your local car wash. "Section 8! We're easy; we're not cheap.” Plus, if you’re here you’re probably a fan of comics which is where our skills come in.

We have worked with various pros in the industry and have a good relationship with them.  Our graphic designers can work in most programs and we can pretty much fake the rest. So whether you’re looking for a good book or need help putting a book together Section 8 is the place for you.
